wednesday - low impact training:

thursday - FULL BODY METCON:

friday - low impact training:

5:00a stream on facebook live

saturday - full body metcon:

7:00a stream on facebook live

what you'll need:

a mat and/or towel,

or a soft/carpeted surface


(5-25lb is the most common range)

resistance bands if you have them

if equipment is not available,

you can use household items!


water bottles, soup cans, backpack or duffel bag filled with books, paint cans, case of water
