monday - lower body focus:

tuesday - upper body focus:

wednesday - shred (cardio/endurance):

thursday - low impact training:

friday - full body metcon:

5:00a stream on facebook live

saturday - full body metcon:

7:00a stream on facebook live

what you'll need:

a mat and/or towel,

or a soft/carpeted surface

dumbbells

(5-25lb is the most common range)

resistance bands if you have them

(helpful, yet not required)

helpful keyword searches when looking online:

for "minibands":

booty bands, mini loop bands

for "Monster bands"

pull-up assist bands, resistance loop bands

if equipment is not available,

you can use household items!

suggestions:

water bottles, soup cans, backpack or duffel bag filled with books, paint cans, case of water
