What is hiit it with britt?

Our GOAL is to inspire and motivate our HiiTers' physically and mentally by creating a memorable fitness experience. We will deliver the best possible fitness and nutrition solutions to our HiiTers' through fun, challenging, innovative and effective programs thereby being recognized as a unique and respected fitness resource for our community. It is with this priority that we strive to make a life changeing experience to all individuals at ALL levels; creating more than just a gym environment but a family.

The hiit code

  •  You can scream, yell, shout, grunt, swear, or cry. Just DON’T quit.

  • You will pass out and vomit before you die.

  • Never compromise form for speed.

  • Arrive early for class; stay late to encourage others.

  • Don’t be embarrassed or afraid of trying; every journey has started somewhere.

  • Introduce yourself to new HiiTers.

  • Leave it all behind you at the door.

  • HiiT it Hard! Never say “I can’t”.

  • Make it count.

  • There is no short cut to getting fit, learn to love the pain. 


Monday to Thursday - 5 AM to 6:30 PM
Friday - 5 AM to 10:30 AM
Saturday - 7 AM to 10 AM
