    Freedom by Beyonce and Kendrick Lamar. I don’t know but, something about when that beat drops that makes me go x10 harder.

  2. What is it about HIWB and group fitness?
    PoHIWB is more than just a gym. It’s one big family. Everyone is there to push one another. Just when you want to stop, all you have to do is look over to the person next to you for
    that extra motivation.


  3. If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?
    Koala bear- naps on naps on naps.

  4. Post workout snack?
    Kodiak pancakes and a spinach omelette with some pico de gallo.

  5. Perfect Sunday afternoon activity?
    My perfect Sunday afternoon would consist of a nice long 2 hour nap.

  6. Most challenging exercise movement and why?
    Single Leg RDL- I already am not coordinated, and you wanna add a 50 lbs kettlebell?! FORGET ABOUT IT - staggered stance it is.

  7. Best advice you ever received?
    Something my dad always said, “It is what it is.” There no sense in crying over spilled milk. Pick your head up and move on.

  8. Food you can’t live without?
    ICE CREAM... no seriously. I have about 20 pints of halo/ enlightened in my freezer.

  9. Three words to describe you.
    Quiet, organized, hungry.

  10. Morning or evening workout?
    Morning workout definitely, best way to start my day off on a good foot.

  12. Your biggest accomplishment?
    Biggest accomplishment? I’d like to say college but still have a year left. So I guess my
    own credit card? #Adulting.

    Be a warrior, not a worrier.

    Channing Tatum. Basic, I know.

  15. Favorite season and why?
    Summer because the warm weather makes everything better.
